It is here where the couple Francisco and Conchita undertook a daring adventure of badges, beer counters, large ice bars to cool the drinks, a stove, the good wine of the house, which Paco so well knew how to sell, and some great tapas Prepared Conchita, his wife, with love and effort.

But above all they installed new illusions in that place, illusions of humility, of pleasant attention to the public, of sympathy, of good service and quality, and also a lot of hygiene or "cleanliness", as said by a gastronome whose name I do not want to remember. They have been and are lasting illusions in time and transmitted to their children, with great tenacity, perseverance, effort and dedication. The years have passed, they are on their way to thirty, and with them has grown effort, perseverance, quality, service, staff, professionalism and facilities; being these fundamental pillars where what is called today is sustained, with the pride of the BROTHERS CASTRO.
