Three components of bjorn In Bjorn, we combined three things - a new nordic kitchen, a Scandinavian attitude to life and products from local, local producers. Our chef is a young experimenter Stanislav Pesotsky. In 2016, Stanislav became the best young chef of Russia in 2016, won the Silver Triangle competition. (Like all members of the Bjorn team, Stas is very responsible for creating dishes. All of them fully comply with the rules of New Nordic Cuisine: each dish is based on careful attitude to simple and understandable seasonal products and maximum preservation of their natural flavors and healthy properties. Dishes , which our chef prepares are not only perfectly balanced in taste, but also moderate in terms of serving size, and this is a manifestation of caring for Bjorn guests, for preserving their energy and health.
