Teater Lo Specchio

Lo Specchio is Roskilde's amateur scene. We live on Eriksvej in Roskilde where we have two beautiful scenes.

Everyone can in principle sign up and participate in the theater activities or present their own ideas to the board as soon as the annual quota is paid. The annual contingent is 300 SEK for an active membership or 600 SEK for a child / youth membership, while one member of the membership membership is 250 SEK per year.

GROUPS: Lo Specchio has a large children's team of about 30 children and a youth group of approx. 10 young people. The groups make 1-2 appearances each year. We also have a team for young adults (about 18+ years), but we are looking for adults, so we can start a solid adult team again.

In addition, impro-comedy group Ubudne Guests also perform on stage regularly.

AMENITIES: The theater has two theater stages (old stage and new stage), good sound and lighting conditions on both scenes, an extensive costume cellar and a workshop for the production of props and scenes. Old scene consists of a traditional chess scene with stage rug and behind the stage is a big back room for costume change and make-up. The theater itself can hold an audience of 70 people in the permanent seating area and also has a bar area for the purchase of drinks. New scene is a large empty space for more experimental theater and performance projects. The hall can be quickly filled up with seating for an audience and decorated as needed.
