Ternat -The host, Mark De Veirman, invites you to his business apartments in Ternat. You can stay there for short (from 1 day) or longer term (up to 1 year) in peace and comfort.

The flats are very centrally located, 1 km from the exit TERNAT Nr 20 E40 and 2 km from exit AFFLIGEM 19a. In the neighborhood there is a possibility to shop and there is a wide choice of excellent restaurants.

There is a large free parking area available. The beautiful large garden is wonderful to stroll in or enjoy the sun.

Care products in the bathroom, towels and bed linen are available for free in the rooms. Optional breakfast is served in the room. The flats are equipped with comfortable beds; spacious bathroom with bath and shower; fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 4 burner fire, combi oven and refrigerator. There is a writing table and a cozy sitting area with belgacom TV, smartphonespeaker and free WIFI.

Breakfast can be ordered. Messages can be provided.

Other services such as washing, ironing, cleaning, catering ... on request.

Peace, respect and safety are very important.

No pets. Smoking indoors is not allowed.

The price for 1 night for 1 person is € 85 incl. VAT and excl breakfast. For a second person in the same room the extra charge is € 35 / night. For longer stays discounts are given depending on the duration and services requested.

Check-in and check-out times are mutually agreed.
