The illustrious Vincenzo Tiberi, councilor of the Municipality of Marsciano and notable landowner built (1884) in the south side of the country on a pre-existing rural building a three-storey villa that was later embellished with a belvedere. The villa built on a rectangular plan was completely frescoed by Gerardo Dottori (Perugia, 11 November 1884 - 13 June 1977, Italian painter of the Futurist current, signer of the manifesto of the Aeropittura) between 1916 and 1920 and his paintings of exceptional beauty represent panoramas , faces of women, views of the place, flights of birds among the flowers and the contrast between agriculture and the first industrial factories born in Perugia, later inhabited by Admiral Umberto Cesari (1933-2007) in the 70s was enriched from a exemplary Italian garden. In the enclosure of the park in a kiosk is the ceramic image of Deruta of the Madonna di Monte Vibiano blessed with sacred rite in 1995. In the park of the Villa Cesari Tiberi it is possible to admire the remains of the castle walls destroyed in the year one thousand while in the village there is still an entrance arch and the church also admirably frescoed by Gerardo Dottori.
