Holiday Apartment Villa del Papiro is a charming villa immersed in the greenery of its gardens in Avola, a 5 km seaside resort famous for its characteristic "Nero d'Avola" wine and its Mandorla Pizzuta. The structure comes from a careful study by the owner who decides to rent short periods for tourist use a unique charming villa of its kind and turn it into an ideal holiday resort for families and small groups. Surrounded by 4000sqm of Mediterranean vegetation with lawn, palm trees, olive trees, papyri and flowering plants, La Villa del Papiro is an invitation to relax and serenity, an ideal place to spend your short stays in total privacy, offering quality accommodation complete with all the comforts.

 We have fully independent rooms in the villa, all on the ground floor, each with a large living room - kitchen complete with all accessories (dishes, glasses, pots, various accessories), carefully disinfected, two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower, more large veranda for exclusive use furnished with table and chairs ideal for eating meals. You will have finely finished and furnished interiors. All our rooms are equipped with special paintings on the walls (Venetian spatula) and are not small and narrow solutions without a minimum of privacy and without a garden, we wanted to distinguish from the crowd. The solutions are equipped with cooling / heating without limitation, and unlimited water reserves (the garden is a testimony). In addition to the barbecue for exclusive use, you also have a large rustic area covered with other kitchen, wood-burning oven, utensils for pizzas where you will enjoy being a master. . In our garden we also have lemon trees and aromatic plants (rosemary, basil, parsley) where you can safely use them. The services inside the villa are not so many: wireless, bike, kayak, sailing boat or motorboat tour, food and wine tours, guided tours, tastings, transfer options. Thanks to its geographical position the Villa is a privileged starting point for cultural visits in the most beautiful baroque cities of south-eastern Sicily such as Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Palazzolo, Ragusa, Scicli and for extraordinary nature excursions in pristine beaches such as the Oasis of Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche to less than 10 Km, while to 6Km the Reserve of Cavagrande (a canyon where, in a blue lagoon scenario, it is possible to swim among waterfalls and ponds). Do not miss the charming village of Marzamemi, an ancient fishing village that in summer becomes a lively center. For lovers of the sea, at about 130 meters you can take advantage of our sea, the coast offers an endless choice of beaches and cliffs, counted by "Legambiente" among the 10 best beaches in Italy. In addition, our villa is located about 250 meters from a small port where in the morning at 08:00 come fishermen with the opportunity to buy fresh fish a few euros. Our villa is also associated with SiciliaVacanza Tourism Promotion Association where they collected the most beautiful solutions in the area certifying that they are real solutions, as photos (given the nasty surprises on the net). For this reason we offer our guests a Fidelity Card (Charter Services) which have been tightened with: non-tourist restaurants (but where we go), car rentals, ferries, bike rental, boat rental, wineries, bars, equipped beaches, pizzerias, diving, perscaturism, and many others yet.
