Wakabi Restaurante Japonés

Wakabi was born as a new model of Japanese restaurant for lovers of this Japanese cuisine. Its balance is made up of a Japanese cuisine, fused with a high quality raw material.

A menu has been created for a unique experience, being able to taste the kings of sushi such as bluefin tuna and salmon, but without ignoring meat such as chicken or veal. This sushi-fusion cuisine has its own personality created by chef Sushiman Jorge Molero, introducing and fusing ingredients from different parts of the world.

From Wakabi we highlight the making of sushi at the moment so as not to lose even a minimum of quality and be able to see it live while enjoying the stay at the place.
