Wakabi was born as a new model of Japanese restaurant for lovers of this Japanese cuisine. Its balance is made up of a Japanese cuisine, fused with a high quality raw material.
A menu has been created for a unique experience, being able to taste the kings of sushi such as bluefin tuna and salmon, but without ignoring meat such as chicken or veal. This sushi-fusion cuisine has its own personality created by chef Sushiman Jorge Molero, introducing and fusing ingredients from different parts of the world.
