The restaurant of the La Burla Agriturismo is a refined and well-kept restaurant to taste the specialties prepared with the products of our farm. Ours is a typical local / regional cuisine where the specialties range from bread to pasta and homemade desserts, to the delicious Piedmontese meat dishes we raise. Beaten, charcuterie, meat ravioli, ribs and grilled mixed are among the proposals always present in our menu. In our restaurant periodically themed evenings are organized to taste the typical specialties: mixed boiled, fried Piedmontese, bagna cauda and bourguignonne. We offer the possibility to taste these specialties also by reservation. The wine cellar offers a wide selection of local and Italian wines. It will be our care to help you choose the wine to match the chosen menu. Agriturismo La Burla offers you the possibility, with the service of "La Buta not throw" to finish it at home, tapping and packaging your bottle properly. The capacity of the restaurant is 130 people in the three internal rooms that become 150 people in the summer using the veranda overlooking the green meadows of the farm.
