At the gates of Crema and the uncontaminated Serio natural park we work every day to preserve and promote the agronomic and culinary traditions of the Cremasco and Northern Italy. We raise cattle, producing their fodder and following them with constant attention and love. We grow organic vegetables by eliminating chemicals that create damage to health and crops. We breed horses and give riding lessons, teaching children, with veterinarians and instructors, respect for animals. We sell some of our raw materials, such as meat and vegetables, or homemade products, such as vegetable and fruit preserves, following recipes handed down from generation to generation. We serve seasonal recipes that tell our territories and the stories of our grandparents and great-grandparents; we offer dishes that respect nature and respect us too. We organize events and meetings to keep the Cremasche traditions alive and to suggest an ancient way of experiencing nature. Our gate is always open, nature lives here.
