Elda and Margherita, 2 different generations united by a common passion that has involved the whole family for over 40 years. It was the parents of Margherita, maternal grandparents of Elda, who built the Albergo Sorgente to give expression to the attitudes of her daughter who, as a child, had shown skills and passion in the kitchen. And this is what Margherita with love has made for forty years to create delicious and well-kept dishes, prepared with local products that the husband cultivates or researches with care. Elda has acquired from her mother the determination and attention to detail, helps her mother in the kitchen realizing delicious desserts that given her creativity are not only good to eat but also beautiful to see. Delight in the palate and eyes, then at the Albergo Sorgente where you can breathe the air of family and in which these two tireless women, strong and full of energy, are always ready to give their best to their guests. Elda wanted to carry on the dream of her parents and uncle, making the management of this hotel its job and its goal. Mum Margherita is a source of inspiration for her and a desire to give her best. A desire that is perceived in the reception of customers, attention to detail and full availability.
