WEIGHT TRAINING TECHNIQUE CLASSES: These are our most popular classes. With a maximum of just 6 people in each class, I’ve designed these classes to teach perfect technique, form and to demonstrate different rep/set combinations, to build strength and to tone. Classes are 30mins long and focus on just 4/5 exercises in each class.


CYCLING/SPIN CLASSES: From 20min beginner classes to 90min King of the Mountain™ advanced classes. Classes start at just €5.


STRENGTH & TONING CIRCUIT TRAINING: My S&T classes are fun, challenging interval & circuit training classes. From 30min intermediate to 45min Advanced.


We also have boxing, Pilates, kettlebells, fab abs, foam rolling and stretching classes too.
