Bibliothèque des Cinémas Studio

The Library Studio exists since they opened in 1963. Initially reserved to the members, it is open to the public for some fifteen years. Entirely dedicated to the seventh art, it houses the holdings of the largest cinema in the Centre Region.

A team of passionate volunteers working on its regular update and make available to all students, film buffs, researchers, curious ... information relating both to the cinema yesterday to today's.

Through a partnership with the municipal library of Tours, all documents of the Library of Studios is available on the Public Library catalog.

The library offers regular exhibitions of its collections around news or cinema studios and organizes several times a year meetings with personalities from the world of cinema.
