This motto of the well-known BBQ Pitmaster and our teacher and mentor from the USA, we take very seriously here at Boogie's Barbeque in Nuremberg. What's the secret? By using only the finest ingredients, we prepare fresh, tasty, juicy, Memphis Style BBQ every day. We start by smoking our meat over cherry or apple wood very slowly, between 4 to 24 hours and at low temperature. "Oh yeah baby! Low and slow! " We then perfect the whole thing with an offer of our typical American side dishes and three homemade fine BBQ sauces:


The Mississippi Mud Sauce - Based on vinegar, cayenne, pepper and more. A traditional Carolina style BBQ sauce with a small kick in the finish.


The Pineapple Express - A variation of the famous Championship BBQ Sauce from Memphis, so based on tomato and then refined with pineapple. Fruity and smoky at the same time.


The Voodoo - For you who like it sharper. Tomato-based with smoked habanero peppers. On a heat scale of 1 to 10, Voodoo is probably ranked 7th or 8th for most of you.
