Nestled beneath the ramparts of Mont Orgueil castle the Dolphin Hotel, Restaurant and bar overlook the boats moored in Gorey Harbour and across the Royal Bay of Grouville. Rooms can be booked with a harbour view. The restaurant offers a range of continental style a la carte dishes as well as seasonal set menus all using locally sourced produce including seafood. For more casual dining the Grill Bar serves traditional and lighter meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The bar serves a range of beers and lagers including the award winning local beer from the Liberation Brewery.
