The facility consists of different environments, all recently renovated.  

• The complex consists of 21 rooms, for a total of 53 beds - 2 of which are prepared for the accommodation of persons with disabilities - all with en suite bathroom. The rooms are served by a large and bright elevator located inside the atrium.

• The multi-purpose conference hall with a capacity of about 100 seats, is decorated with elegant Poltrona Frau. An ideal place for conferences, exhibitions and ceremonies, retreats and spiritual exercises. It equipped with modern audio-video systems.

• The dining room, with a capacity of about 100 seats, is lit by a large skylight that will allow guests to enjoy a breathtaking day and night views of the sky overhead.

• The reading room is a meeting place and reading for those who want to enjoy the silence of the place.

• The church of San Giacomo Maggiore welcomes, in the tomb, the remains of the Blessed Rizzerio.

• The Chapel of St. Michael, is the site which houses a relic of the right hand of the Blessed One: they wrote the Rule dictated by St. Francis of Assisi.
