Galerie Perrine Humeau

Installed at 28 rue Jean Jaures, formerly rue des Arts in Nantes, the Perrine Humeau gallery opened its doors in March 2016.

Humeau Perrine, a graduate of the Ecole du Louvre, worked 4 years in a large Parisian gallery before embarking on the adventure of entrepreneurship. A native of the region, is now in Nantes can transmit his passion for art and especially art brut.

In the charm of an old shop, the artistic programming is resolutely contemporary. No intangible line, however the gallery observes a taste for crude and singular art. Accessible to all, the gallery allows to confront an artistic expression to the margins of contemporary art. The specificity of artists operating outside academic art circles, gives the works an intense emotional charge.

In an intimate space where dialogue poetic and unique universe, this gallery offers the visitor an art released Nantes codes and overcoming the usual formal constraints.
