Space of expression and dialogue of contemporary creation.

The Gallifet Hotel is a cultural events venue in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, located at 52 rue Cardinale in a XVIIIth arrondissement mansion in the Mazarin district.

Opened by Nicolas Mazet in 2010, the Hôtel de Gallifet is a space dedicated to contemporary creation where we host exhibitions, produce works and publish limited series of artists. This place aims to promote art as a universal language, allowing to interpret the real to create a movement of the mind towards the imaginary, the intimate experience, the setting in critical perspective. Art is then a source of dialogue, advice and comfort. On the occasion of exhibitions, Nicolas Mazet invites artists to meet sociologists, teachers, philosophers, curators, writers, companies, collectors to talk about their work and the cultural environment that feeds their creation .

At night, the Hotel de Gallifet receives musical artists of all kinds, for concerts "Arty Jazz" in a warm atmosphere, outside or in the cellar in the basement.

The large courtyard of the Hotel de Gallifet is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 12h to 18h, to relax under the old trees and have a drink in the tea room.
