The foundation of our house culinary art in Triglav was founded by the famous cook Valburga Rožanec almost centuries ago. Our salad grows in the home garden, the cheeses come from the farm Flis, and the constant in our offer is also trout from the family farm Ferlic. We also trust the quality of domestic suppliers in the selection of meat and meat products.
