The foundation of our house culinary art in Triglav was founded by the famous cook Valburga Rožanec almost centuries ago. Her recipes, written with a careful and skillful hand, are today inspired by our cooking masters. We are convinced that the best flavors can be created only with first-class, locally produced ingredients.

Our salad grows in the home garden, the cheeses come from the farm Flis, and the constant in our offer is also trout from the family farm Ferlic. We also trust the quality of domestic suppliers in the selection of meat and meat products.

In today's fast pace of life, the time you spend with your loved ones is extremely rare. It is our pride and joy that we can beautify these precious moments.
