The goal of our club is to share our passion, running. In a green setting and a family atmosphere, we offer our members two training per week, Monday and Thursday at 19:00. Our philosophy is to accompany all riders, whether they want to improve, to discover running or simply to have a good time with friends. We work mainly endurance. Once a week, according to a program depending on the level of the runner, we perform split (short and long). For those who want to go further and / or faster, we establish, after a test, a personalized program.
