Kemencei Erdei Múzeumvasút

The first railway line was built in 1910 for the woods of surrounding forests. In the 50s, more than 80 kilometers of networks were built. Unfortunately, by 1992, most of it was liquidated. In 2000, a civil initiative was launched, and since then more than 100,000 people have traveled on our train. The line curves in varied landscapes is therefore a popular destination for both tourists, families, student groups and people in all areas. Trains run on schedule from early spring to late autumn. But in winter it is possible to travel on a number of occasions.
