Opened in November 2014, the Aix Theatre is the new venue for live performances of Aix-en-Provence. Located in the heart of the city, Avenue de la Violette, 5 minutes from the place of City Hall and 10 minutes walk from the Rotunda, there is both a neighborhood theater, full of life and its diversity and privileged artistic creation space.

The Theatre of Aix is ​​first an unusual façade. Perfectly integrated in the urban landscape two large red doors contain an exceptional theater. Fully adjustable to individual desires and performances, the stage and the stands are at the service of the creativity of its users. The room, which has a maximum capacity of 380 seats, has a reception area with a bar that also allows up to 200 people. All are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
