The "Permanent exhibition of theatrical costumes" of Serrone is the only exhibition of its kind existing in the Region of Lazio and one of the few in Italy.

The museum was opened in 2004 thanks to the donation of costumes made from tailoring BI. ME. S.a.s. Rome, of Beatrice Minor property, which has always shown a strong link to the history and roots of this small town where she grew up. The tailoring is still in business, thanks to the grandchildren who have inherited the passion of her grandmother, a seamstress staff of Eduardo de Filippo, as well as collaborator of important Italian directors.

It is all original and 43 costumes worn by famous celebrities such as Eduardo De Filippo, Vittorio Gassman, Beppe Barra, representing a small history of the Italian theatrical costume of the last thirty years and a summary of the history of theater in general by Machiavelli Pirandello, via Goldoni and Shakespeare. By tailoring the Child came the costumes of the most important shows of the Italian theater of the last fifty years: from those of the first edition of Spoleto Orlando Furioso by Luca Ronconi, with those of Eduardo for RAI, the Cat Cinderella Roberto De Simone the musical Notre Dame de Paris. The costumes are divided into two exhibition halls following a chronological order: in the first room, Renaissance, Baroque and eighteenth centuries, in the latter nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Placed on special mannequins, costumes are accompanied by explanatory captions indicating the title of the play, the author, the costume designer, the actor or actress who has worn them, the character represented, directed and year of representation and realization .
