HISTORICAL RECTIFICATION OF HIS    CREATION.   This Initiative was created by the Friends of the Museum association, whose President was Dr. Eduardo A. Gramajo. It was the month of June 1983 when they were presented by these associations the notes regarding the foundational project of high intention that would honor the communal government for its cultural significance. Since to found and to organize a Museum would represent a more complete organism of Education, Science and Culture emphasizing the maturity of a town that will see valued the different expressions of the citizen life projecting itself to the country everything and its public.
