Museu Do Imigrante

Founded to commemorate 100 years of Italian Immigration, the Immigrant Museum opened its doors on May 21, 1975 in a historic building dating from 1913.

In order to keep alive and preserve the memories and histories of the Italian immigrants who colonized and built the region, the Museum holds a collection of approximately 20 thousand pieces, including objects, furniture, books, photographs, maps, plants and other documents. record the presence of those people who lived here and perpetuate their memories for future generations.
