Light Fortification Museum vz. 36 Ústí nad Labem - Hostovice in the reconstructed old fortress (LO vz. 36), type C, no.186 / XI. Trmice.
The museum deals with the reconstruction of one of the buildings of the Czechoslovak pre-war fortification built in 1935-38. It was founded on the initiative of members of the Military Club of Trmice Military History Association in 2005 as the only functioning museum of fortifications in Ústí nad Labem and also one of the few museums of this type of building. The content of the established museum is preserving the memory of the determination of our nation's previous generation to defend the republic.
Visiting days are several times a year at regular and casual dates. Regular opening days are Easter, 1st or 8th May, 28th September and October. Our regular participation in European Heritage Days or interpretations for schools is also regular.
