Up to now, approximately 9,000 exhibits representing folk culture have been collected and developed. Apart from collections concerning Pomerania (a very interesting collection of furniture), comparative cultural objects of Kujawy, Pałuk, Warmia and Masuria are collected. Noteworthy is the collection of unique objects from the old Frisian settlers from the area of Żuławy. In addition, the collections include monuments of material culture of the population displaced from the former Kresy within the framework of the repatriation action. Particular attention should be paid to the small but very interesting non-European collection - weapons, sculptures, ceramics and ornaments from Africa, South America. and Oceania.

Besides a collection of Pomeranian artefacts (including a very interesting collection of furniture) there are comparative items from the cultures of the Kuyavia, Pałuki, Warmia and Masuria regions. There is a noteworthy collection of unique items left by the former Frisian settlers of the Żuławy Lowlands. The collection also includes items of the material culture of the repatriated people from Poland's former Eastern Borderlands.
