Residenza La Piana

La Residenza La Piana is a project that comes from the renovation of a rural house in Predappio. A place in which to experiment domotics and renewable energies for a new living dimension where aesthetics, functionality and attention to the environment coexist. The works began in 2009 and have provided for an extension of the house that has allowed the construction of 4 units ranging from 50 to 150 square meters. In the realization of the La Piana Residence, much attention has been paid to the choice of materials, finishes, furnishings and innovative solutions for home automation and systems. The design and installation was carried out by the Antaridi di Predappio company, which has over 40 years of experience in the sector. La Piana Residence, self-sufficient in terms of energy, is equipped with a photovoltaic system, which meets all the needs of electricity in the home (lighting, systems and appliances), and a geothermal system - ideal in a context of prestige given that all the elements are underground - which provides domestic hot water, heating and cooling.
