On the south shore of the lake at 5km Thonon and 30km Geneva, the Auberge d'Anthy perpetuates a tradition of hospitality. "Here we drink, we eat and we sleep"

It's been four generations since the Dubouloz showcased, with talent, the true Chablais cuisine in their restaurant and especially the riches of the Lake. Since 1927 the Auberge des Dubouloz remains the place of good food.

Our restaurant and bistro cuisine attaches a lot of importance to local products. Tastyly cooked by Claude, our dishes and menus evolve with the seasons.

The focus is on the Lake: Arctic Char, Trout, Feral, Perch, Lote, Crayfish and other rarities reported by our professional fishermen caught before tuna.
