Founded by Adolfo Muñoz and his wife Julita, it perfectly combines elements that have always been present since the beginning of its activity more than 35 years ago: the purity and respect of the gastronomic tradition, the delicate care of every detail and the importance of our customers. Located in a palace of the thirteenth century, in the heart of the historic center of Toledo, a place to fall in love with food, the coffered ceiling and its incredible cellar with a large collection of wines. Our main goal is to make our customers happy from the moment they arrive until they leave.
