Barakah Theater was founded in 2004 by Anna Nowicka and Monika Kufel and has been working under their management on Krakow's Kazimierz for 13 years, and for 4 years on Paulińska Street in the New York Mykwa area known as the "Ritual Folk Bath." Many performances of the Barakah Theater have been invited to the Polish and international theatrical festivals, which resulted in several prizes. In 2012 Barakah Theater was honored with the prestigious " Leon Schiller. Barakah is not only a theater and a theater scene, but also an art club and a space for many non -atrical events, such as concerts, music events, film screenings, painting, graphic and photographic exhibitions, and literary events organized by Barakah. In 2007, for the theater, a non-profit foundation named the Ten Talent Fund was established, thanks to which several dozen projects have been successfully implemented within the framework of competitions offered by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the City of Krakow, the Marshal's Office of the Malopolska Region, the National Cultural Center and the Institute of Music. dance. In 2016, 345 cultural events took place at the Paulińska 28, which involved nearly 200 artists from many Polish and foreign arts, including actors from all major Krakow theaters, directors, musicians (Renata Przemyk, who wrote the music to "Szyca" and cyclically writes it to subsequent episodes of "Wanila Vanilla Nights"), writers, dancers, choreographers, graphic artists and planners, including many young artists and debutants.
