Spanish Theater, located in the Plaza Santa Ana and forming part of the cultural and artistic heart of the city, is the oldest theater in Madrid. With over 430 years of history, it is the only existing today which maintains its original location as comedy theater, inaugurated back in the sixteenth century.


In 2006 it extended its offer scenic Santa Ana opening in a small room and added 2 more rooms into space Spanish Ships in Matadero Madrid (Paseo de la Chopera 14).
