Villa Verano is a recently renovated resort in Asprovalta, which is designed to offer low-cost and high quality vacations by the sea. It consists of three modern, spacious, fully equipped apartments and one studio, that can accommodate 4 to 6 person each and it is an ideal place for families and group of friends.

Villa Verano is located in Asprovalta, 70 km away from the city of Thessaloniki and 80 km away from Kavala. Beach is only 1 minute walking distance from the apartments and 200m away is the town center, where someone can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, beach bars, theater, luna park etc. Close to the apartments there is also a public parking lot and sports facilities.

Amenities & Services

All apartments are convenient, spacious, with large furnished balconies and view to the sea or the garden. The main advantage of the apartments is the privacy and tranquillity, as each apartment has private entrance and private balcony.
