The 21-hectare farm of the pear fountains extends to the slopes of the Monti Martani, a quiet corner of Umbria made of olive groves, vineyards, meadows and Mediterranean spots. In this peaceful idyll, the Bernardi family lives and works, to give hospitality and warm and sincere welcome. The company has 11 rooms, obtained from the old barn, the family furniture restored DIY furnish the rooms in a sober and discreet. In the land owned there is also a beautiful stone swimming pool surrounded by the green Martani Mountains and a riding school for horse-riding. Catering for both guests and the outside is a family matter: Serenella, Rossella and Alessandro take care of turning the raw materials of the company into delicious dishes, while Enzo takes care of the meat and Mario, the grandfather, makes use of an experience of over forty years in the field of butchery to offer guests the best meats. And so we are sitting at the table, in a cozy rustic setting, with Alessia serving at the tables, homemade pastas, roasts cooked in sight in the large fireplace, the squeezers just left the oven, the tasty vegetables from the garden and homemade desserts.
