Rooms: We have two very nice rooms with exposed wooden beams, cozy and quiet. The first is the master bedroom, with private bathroom, and has 2 additional bunk beds perfect for children and teenagers. The second bedroom is located upstairs in the attic and can have up to 5 single beds or 1 double and 3 single beds; also this room has a private bathroom, perfect for groups and families. The rooms are equipped with minibar, heating, air conditioning and a small library for reading.

Prices and Discounts: EUR 25 per person, children 0-3 years free, 4-10 years 50% discount. Stays longer than 10 days 20% discount. Double room for single person € 35. For B & B Card holders, 10% discount. You can pay in cash, Credit Card and Paypal account.

Breakfast, shuttle, laundry: Prices include a rich breakfast: coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice, ham, yogurt, cereals, bread, biscuits, croissants, snacks, biscuits, butter, jam, honey, nutella, philadelphia, cheese. The shared kitchen and the dining room are available. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. Internet is usable through the shared computer or WiFi connection. The area is quiet. You can park your car in the free parking lot; if you wish, the bikes and motorbikes can be closed in the private garage. A small workshop equipped for mechanical maintenance is available.
