Location: Our structure is the perfect place for all travelers who will feel at home here. Ideal for stays during conferences and business stays. Structure features: We will provide our guests with a villa in a park with ancient trees, a heated environment, free return, parking, and covered shelter for motorcycles and bicycles. Our rooms: Our rooms are equipped with free wifi, hairdryer, TV-LED, mirror, minibar. Rooms with private / shared bathrooms are available. Note: The managers speak Italian and English. Mobility: The train station is a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop is 100 meters away. Points of interest (pharmacy, bank, post office, stationery, church, bar / pastry shop, restaurants and pizzerias) are located in the square just a few minutes from our residence. For art lovers, the archaeological museum of VILLA MIRABELLO and VILLA PANZA, do not forget the beautiful village of SANTA MARIA DEL MONTE (UNESCO Heritage) with its MUSEO BAROFFIO. You can reach the village by walking along the evocative avenue of the chapels, going up with the funicular, or simply by car / bus. The VILLE PONTI congress center is just a few minutes away by car. Sports centers including 2 golf courses - indoor swimming pools and not for summer entertainment - Varese rowers, historical site and beautiful regatta course, water mirror that hosts all the national world-wide, with very important sporting events - track cycle path, with the possibility of cycling or walking admiring the beauty of two beautiful lakes, (lake of Varese and Lake Comabbio) - Varese stadium - sports hall - covered ice-house with swimming pool - racecourse - wellness centers. The extreme proximity to the city center makes the location particularly strategic and interesting for every type of purchase. REGULATION: The room must be vacated by 10.00 am each day, unless agreed with the manager. The room is available from 18.30.00, unless agreed with the manager. The balance of the overnight stay must be made on the day of arrival. We do not accept checks or credit cards. Smoking is prohibited in the room and inside the house. Possible additional bed: € 15.00 per night. In the room it is forbidden to turn on any type of portable stove, both electric and gas. Towels are changed every 3 days of stay. For stays longer than 5 days it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 euros, which in case of cancellation will not be returned.
