Manager Ann van Kerckhoven spent a while in Spain and lost her heart to Mexico during a vacation. For 17 years she has been bringing classics from Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine to her stylish restaurant, such as tacos, fajitas, enchiladas and spare ribs. All dishes are prepared with fresh and typical herbs, certainly not all spicy as is sometimes thought! The cocktails are authentic and meanwhile well known! On the wine list are carefully selected wines from among others Spain, Chile and Argentina. In the restaurant you really feel on holiday: the interior is warm and colorful, with palms and original Mexican decoration, bolero and salsa in the background.
