All the new tourist standards and trends that were not implemented in Zadar tourist offer as they should be, the Central Apartments project ought to bring an new course and standards. The whole project was planned to be adopted in a five-year term, but with hard and focused work, it has been brought up in just three years.

Our basic idea and focus is to help you experience Zadar in the best way possible – as one of us. To achieve this, all of our apartments are located on different locations, and are equipped by the lastest tourist standards and trends. "Central Apartments" are special in that all eleven apartments, are uniquely designed. The furniture is generally hand-made with high-quality materials, completely refurbished and reequipped. If you want a sea view, we have it! if you desire colors and/or space, we provide! If you'd love some 'steampunk' charm, be our guests! If you want to wake up by medieval bells, don't complain later, it's not our fault.. :D In case you'd like to visit Zadar again, choose a another apartment, the experience would be completely different!

All the apartment designs are made by an unaffirmed artist and interior designer, whose ideas and solutions are anything but usual. She has all the credit for conceptual designs and the we are accredited for the implementation of those designs.

Our apartments are equipped even for a longer stay. Flat screen TV, BOSE sound system, air condition, heating system, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with ingredients like salt, pepper, coffee and a cleaning service every three days. Everything essential and needed for you to enjoy! Wifi is a standard and even a wireless phones with free internal communication with our front desk and staff. The most important fact is that all of our apartments are scattered around pedestrian zone of Old Town, so all the most important places to see and visit while in Zadar, are at the reach of your hand. The city market, all the medieval churches, ancient Roman Forum, souvenir shops, restaurants, lounge and caffe bars and disco clubs and, perhaps the most important and illustrious, 'Sea Organs'. The ferry port is adjacent to the Old Town, so one day field trips to surrounding islands are available and advisable.

The central location of all mentioned is our reception and restaurant 'Central Point' at 'Nikole Matafara 7', where you can get all the additional information about our apartments, reccommendations to the excursion going to nearby National Parks, or answers to any of your questions. The reception front dest is the place to check in and check out at the end of your stay. The breakfast is held at the same location, which is included in the price of accommodation. The same restaurant is the place to have a lunch or a dinner, to experience something special and unique.
