Del-mare was built by the Ottoman Empire at the beginning of the 1800's and used as an elephant amphora. At the beginning of the 1900s, the Del-mare is a stone building standing on the shores of the Bosphorus with its 200-year history, which has been reorganized and turned into a spirits factory by adding a chimney.
