"Ieti" is a modern and seasonal cuisine restaurant, located in Kaunas Old Town from 2015. Chef of the kitchen, Inga Turminienė, trains in restaurants rated by Michelin stars from different countries, and is constantly interested in global gastronomic trends. Her dishes are personal experiences, stories are presented with flavors and color combinations. The selection of menus is influenced by seasonality of products and the desire to tell new stories. The cookies offered are inspired by the natural and the Baltics traditions. Modern production technologies allow us to make every dish in our own way. The restaurant's interior is earthy and calm, with retro stylistic hints. He creates a silent and harmonious aesthetic feeling, all the space to dominate leaving guest evenings for stories and food. We use only the highest quality ingredients, usually grown in Lithuania, but we know how many wonderful ingredients the world offers and want to share them with you. We strive to make every dish very well and be aesthetically pleasing, as we understand the respect for our guests. We want our guests to have a good time in a non-binding, but aesthetic environment of the restaurant, share their stories and create a new dinner or dinner.
