The Corfu Art Gallery is the first private initiative to promote and study Corfiot art. It was founded in 2005 to house the collection of Corfu civil engineer and collector, Michael Angelou Brady, with works of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. Corfiot painters and artists who lived in Corfu and were important pieces of its culture, as well as artists who still inspire and create in this place, found their new, permanent home. Their works are presented in a modern space, with the possibility of organizing a permanent exhibition of high standards, periodical exhibitions, events and scientific or journalistic research. So, alongside the Municipal Gallery of Corfu, which covers its permanent collection from the 16th century until the end of the 20th century, we hope to give a complete picture of the course of art in Corfu.

Corfu Gallery is the first private institution exhibiting corfiot art. It was established to house and exhibit the private collection of the corporation engineer and collector, Michael Aggelos Vradis, with paintings from the 19th, 20th and 21st century. Corfiot painters and artists who lived in Corfu and have been inspired by its beauty have found their new, permanent place. The gallery offers the opportunity to accommodate permanent and periodical art exhibitions and cultural events. Working in accordance with the Municipal Art Gallery of Corfu, which has a collection of works from the 16th century to the 20th, we hope to give and provide a full range of art in Corfu.
