Les Fils à Maman

Once upon a time there was Julien, Laurent, Erwann, Sébastien and ... HENDRICK, the manager and director of the Fils à Maman Toulouse, who will welcome you every day in his restaurant.   He tells us how and why he decided to become a Son to Mom:   In order to finance my studies which, it must be admitted, were not my first concern (English license, speech therapy) I always had, from near or far, a foot in the restoration (summer jobs ...). It all started with my first service in a prestigious hotel-restaurant in Aveyron where I had to put aside my first eve between friends at the age of 15 to go and do an extra on duty with my father (him- same old restaurateur). Student in Brussels, where I spent 6 years, I work as a waiter at Fils-Maman. There I meet Nicolas and Audrey, the managers of Brussels. I discovered then the atmosphere of the restaurant and the concept. It's love at first sight. Without delay, the appointment is made with Julien in Paris to discuss the project of opening a Son to Mom in my hometown and heart. A few months later, I leave Brussels, throws myself into the adventure by being close to my family and my childhood friends. I find the sun, the ocean close, the mountain and a particular party spirit in the south of France!   Gourmand, proud and very close to my mom, opening a restaurant in his honor seemed to me to be a nice tribute!
