HISTORICAL Founded in 1971 after a temporary exhibition by Claude-Henry Forney in the Council Chamber before work. Opened to the public in the fall of 1979 the 1st floor of Grande Place 5. Transferred to the alley of Veterans ditches in an old building and rehabilitated Inaugurated on 27 May 1989. Lying on the neighboring building in 2001 with creation of the visitors' entrance on the ground floor of the Grand-Place.
