Museo Civico delle Forze Armate

The Civic Museum of the Armed Forces was born in the storage rooms of the Marquis Palace of Botrugno, a noble residence whose construction started around the year 1000. In particular, the premises where it is located are former warehouses dating from between 1200 and 1300: a historic house and fascinating to visit. The museums, specifically the small local museums, along with libraries and historical archives are priceless sources of culture. The Civic Museum of the Armed Forces Botrugno wants to be, through traditional and explanations, bulletin board displays historical contexts far and near in time in order to enhance them and make them understandable. In this sense the museum is proposed as a valuable means of communication that welcomes and accompanies visitors along a path of historical knowledge of our nation.
