Museo delle Scritture - Bassiano

The "Museum of the Scriptures" is dedicated to Aldo Manuzio who was born in Bassiano in 1449. The property provides not only as a center of conservation and enhancement of the work of the illustrious humanist but above research, interdisciplinary dialogue and on the "scriptures themes experimentation". The museum, therefore, aims to give more importance to the single word that the general discourse granting it, in this way, an immense value. The museum is a journey through time and space, by analyzing the writings over time and in different places of the world. Featured also it is also possible to carry out educational workshops with the aim to make it more dynamic and engaging the visit and to understand fully the meaning of the museum itself.
