The Museum of Art in Łódź has three offices:

ms1 (Więckowskiego 36)

ms1 is the center of live response to phenomena taking place in modern culture and the place of testing new ways of capturing them. The ms space serves an intensive program of temporary exhibitions, experimental film projects, video art and performance, as well as workshop and educational activities. Modernity is connected here with tradition: the building was designed by Władysław Strzemiński Neoplastic Hall, which is the starting point for projects realized by artists. Replacing the current profile of the place is accompanied by modernization and new design of the building while respecting the historic character of the palace interiors. At ms cafe works with a music club and bookstore - a meeting place, discussions and promotion of debuts.

ms2 (Garden 19)

The Art Museum's new space occupies the historic building of a 19th century weaving mill. ms2 is primarily a place of experimental work with the collection of 20th and 21st century art. The unique collections of the Museum are presented here in an unconventional way: instead of a chronological lecture on the development of art, from works representing different periods and directions, a story is created which deals with topics and themes relevant to the contemporary recipient. The permanent exhibition is "a work in the process", constantly changing, and the patrons and artists themselves are invited to transform it. ms2 also includes temporary exhibitions, workshops, lectures, meetings with artists and film screenings. There is also a café and a bookshop.

Herbst Palace (Spinning Factory 72)

The Museum of Art is housed in a 19th-century palace and park complex. In the restored mansion formerly belonged to the Herbst family - Lodz industrialists, you can see a unique exposition of interiors from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The Palace is also a venue for temporary exhibitions, concerts and educational activities. The museum focuses on promoting the art of the nineteenth century and disseminating knowledge about the heritage of this era. The concept of exposure at the Herbst Palace was highly appreciated by the International Federation of Cultural and Natural Heritage Renewal Societies, which in 1990 awarded the museum the first EUROPA NOSTRA medal in Poland.
