Nüman is the home of balanced taste, inspired by the contemporary Nordic cuisine, with influences from around the globe. The products will usually be locally grown and characteristic to season, but not always – because the world has so much to offer! We focus on the essence of the products. We seek to discover their best qualities and share them with you in a unique form that enfolds all the potent tastes. And oh, appearances matter too. The serving art in Nüman is smart and light, just as you‘d expect. Your plate is designed in a thoughtful manner, never to distract you with anything that is not essential. Unnoticeable and yet, it‘s there. Your plate looks real aesthetic.
