In this historic residence you can experience a bucolic feeling like in Tuscany, but without crowds of tourists. Surrounded by natural landscapes, picturesque historic towns, lakes, woods and nature you can enjoy the famous delicatessen of the area. All this only a 40 km away from the Rome city center, half an hour train ride.

The residence was built in the year 1631 by a noble roman family. The youngest son was a cardinal and minister of several. Some arches of the church are still visible today. Offers a quiet and relaxing stay. On request you can even use a multi-purpose hall (150m²) for your work-shop activities.

Our guests are welcome in the gardens, with private parking space available and one of the buildings (max 7 persons) offers accessible housing. The oldest part of the residence can receive up to 10 guests. WiFi Internet is provided in several rooms and several separate study groups. On demand we can organize for you:

• pick-up service from the airports and the two railway stations (5 km from the residence)
• car renting.

We speak Italian, English, German and we are able to help our guests to discover the surroundings with their beautiful historic and artistic treasures. On demand we can organize wine and gastronomy-tasting in the wineries of the area or you can taste the local products directly in the residence and / or the gardens.

In case of events we can house up to 25 guests.

In a historic residence, live the countryside as in Tuscany but without tourists. Immersed in nature just a few km from abbeys, historic centers, lakes, woods and nature trails, you can enjoy the food and wine delicacies of the area being only 40 km from Rome, reachable in 25 minutes by train.

The residence was built in 1631 as a country residence of a noble Roman family whose cardinal cadet son was a plenipotentiary minister of several popes. Some popes during various journeys from Rome to Naples stayed there celebrating mass in the church of which some arcades still remain. Immersed in a park of 6000 square meters, it offers peace and tranquility and the possibility of using a structure of about 150 square meters on request where you can carry out various types of training activities.

The park is at guests' disposal, as well as a private parking area, one of the structures with a maximum of 7 beds is structured without architectural barriers. The oldest structure has 10 beds in charming rooms with large spaces and services at the top. The wifi internet connection is available in all facilities and there are several areas equipped for conviviality or for separate work groups. On request, pick-up services are available to and from the airport and to the two railway stations 5 km away from the residence. A car renting service is also available on request. We speak English and German beyond Italian and we are able to guide and advise our guests in the discovery of a territory still largely unknown, rich in art and history. On request we offer food and wine tours guided to discover the flavors of the area. Always on request we can organize dinners and tastings of local products inside the residence or in case of good weather in various suggestive corners of the park.

In case of organization of events, the structure can accommodate up to 25 guests.
