 After two decades at the Búzio Restaurant in Prainha, in Alvor, Chef Gilberto Gato found in this magnificent space the ideal place to continue the work and experience, which allowed him to recognize and to distinguish the quality of the restaurant Búzio reached among his customers. Based on the success achieved since assuming the responsibility of heading directly to its kitchen, Chef intends to continue to surprise with the creation of new gastronomic proposals fruit of its interpretation of modern, healthy and fresh Mediterranean cuisine. Comprising an elegant lounge and lounge bar, and a cozy outdoor patio, overlooking the surrounding garden and the large central kitchen, the Hexagone provides a casual and informal atmosphere and a soft atmosphere. At lunch you are offered a selection of light and fresh dishes with special emphasis on the wide variety of salads that are the specialty of the house. At dinner, you can choose between the a la carte menu, the tasting menu and the "Chef Sugere" item in constant change. Our sommelier is available to help you choose the best option to match your meal from our extensive selection of national wines, many of which are served by the glass. The Hexagone provides both in winter and summer a perfect setting.
