In our kitchen, as the name "Antichi Sapori" (Old Flavors) indicates, we rediscover healthy and genuine traditional recipes from southern Italy. Our elaborations tend to be very simple but at the same time very tasty, because they are based on the goodness of the raw materials used.

The Italian "antipasti" have contributed to make our cuisine famous all over the world, they are usually consumed before the main meals and they are very tasty and varied.

The first dishes are based on homemade pastas and rice dishes full of flavor and substance while the second ones stand out for the variety of meat and fish, accompanied by seasonal vegetables.

Although it was born as a simple dish, pizza has become the best example of Italian cuisine. We elaborate it according to the strictest Napoletana tradition, in a wood oven, so that you can enjoy this magnificent gastronomic specialty.

The desserts are the ones that perhaps, more than any other dish, remember the old traditions as well as the liquors made at home according to ancient recipes.
