We have all known one day or another these dehydrated noodles in plastic bag that is consumed raw or soup by pouring boiling water. This is one of the forms of Ramen invented by a Japanese, obviously ... Fast, easy to prepare and inexpensive and more, not so "bad", it helps when you have a little hollow and lazy cook. But it is also very bad for the health because very chemical with lots of taste hexausteurs. So consume with moderation!

I met the real ramen during my first trip to Japan in 1993. BANG! It was the revelation, the love at first sight! Subsequently, I did a lot of bar-ramen tours every time I went there. I even ended up working several months in a ramen shop!

After long journeys, I am ready to open my own restaurant with the help of my Japanese wife.
